It has two main features:

• Shade Chat — Chat directly with our AI to get real-time roasts, banter, and comebacks.
• Shade Card — Enter any data (a name, a scenario, or even a fun fact) and receive a "Shade Card" — a custom, shareable roast you can save or send to friends.

Yes! We designed it for fun and entertainment only. While the humor can be spicy, we expect users to keep it respectful and consensual.

• Photos: Processed in real time to generate a roast — never stored on our servers or the cloud.
• Shade Card inputs: Processed instantly and not saved.
• Account data: Only your email is stored securely for authentication purposes.
• All other app data is stored locally on your device.

Shade AI is intended for users 13 years and older.

Shade AI uses humor that can be sarcastic, blunt, or a little savage — but it's not meant to bully or harass. Humor is subjective, so if you're sensitive to snark, you might want to keep it light.

Absolutely! You can save and share your results, but remember to get consent from anyone featured before posting it online.

Yes, we use AdMob to serve ads.

We offer subscriptions (via RevenueCat) to unlock premium features and remove ads.

Yes — go to Settings in the app and tap Delete Account to permanently remove your account and email from our system.

Shade AI is built for entertainment — not facts. Sometimes the roast will be spot-on, sometimes it'll be gloriously ridiculous. That's part of the fun.
